All online payments towards packing and transportation are considered received only once the amount is credited to our bank account. If a booking is cancelled after an online payment, the refund will be processed within 30 working days of the amount being credited to our account. For any refund query, please contact our customer care team.
Please note that certain conditions may require payment of 100% of service charges (packing, loading, unloading and transportation) upfront. Our supervisor visits your location to assess not only the quantity and quality of items but also the transportation challenges, vehicle requirements and other factors, and will inform you in advance if these affect the proposal.
In some cases, only 50% of the payment may be required in advance (at our relocation supervisor's discretion) — but you remain legally bound to pay the balance in full when your items are delivered. If payment is not completed, your items may be moved to our warehouse for safekeeping, with the balance amount plus warehouse charges payable by you.
This website and all related information, names, images, logos and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether implied or express, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
Materials on this website are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials on this website or any linked site.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. As long as the website and its information/services are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any other loss or damage.
Goods declaration: the value of loaded goods must match the original invoice, and quantity/quality must match the declared specification. In case of a wrong declaration, we or our partner companies reserve the right to refuse the load, and standard cancellation charges will apply.
Refusal to load: we or our partner companies may refuse a load presented without the required carriage, tax, transit or other statutory documents, or any load prohibited by the Government of India. Standard cancellation charges will apply and are payable by the defaulting party.
Transit delay: delays caused by force-majeure conditions (public unrest, acts of God, etc.) are exempted from additional charges, and we will keep you informed of such circumstances where possible.
If you breach these terms and we take no immediate action, we remain entitled to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms.
The customer, or an authorised representative aged 18 or above, must be present at the service location at all times. If no one is present, no liability for damage will be accepted.
Before our team leaves your destination, any damage must be reported. We undertake to fix or replace (subject to verification) items broken during packing or unpacking carried out by our team. We are not responsible for damage caused by packing material supplied by the customer, and newspaper will not be used for wrapping. Any damaged item found during the job will be identified, photographed and shown to you before the job is marked complete.
We carry public liability, transit, loading and unloading insurance; however, this does not cover every item. Exclusions typically apply to antiques, heirlooms, canvas paintings, jewellery, fish tanks, grandfather clocks, statues and other heavy or fragile specialty items.
Local removals are charged on an hourly basis (excluding travel, toll and disposal charges), with a minimum charge of 3 hours. The hourly rate depends on the truck size and number of packing staff required. Rates may increase on weekends and public holidays. Pianos, pool tables, slot machines and other non-standard household items may incur extra charges. Interstate pre-packs, unpacks and removals are quoted individually.
Estimates and quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of consultation. Additional items identified on the day of the move may incur extra charges beyond the original estimate — accuracy of the information you provide is your responsibility. Quotes are issued only once your relocation details have been shared, and a pick-up fee may apply where applicable.
We take safety and security of your items as seriously as on-time delivery, and offer transit and all-inclusive insurance options. Please report any damage or loss as soon as possible — claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery at the new location cannot be processed.
